Meet our founder

Hi! I'm Courtney.

Mother of two and your biggest cheerleader. I completed my Bachelor of Science (Physiotherapy) degree at Curtin University in 2014 and I've been working in private practice since. I completed my post-graduate certificate in Continence and Pelvic Health in 2021. I have a  passion for Women's Health physiotherapy and have also trained in dry needling, Clinical Pilates, and biomechanical movement and running assessments.

I'm drawn to physiotherapy by the ability to positively impact someone’s quality of life by not only reducing symptoms and restoring movement, but also inspiring them to achieve goals they didn’t know were possible towards a healthier and happier life. My passion for treating women through all of life's stages began while pregnant with my first child, and has continued to grow as I see the amazing outcomes and positive impact to each clients life.

I have also played sport my whole life and have a keen passion for keeping active. I love to cook and enjoy the outdoors, with my favourite past time being boating on the Blackwood River with my family. My kids keep me very busy, giving me a true understanding of the happiness and challenges of motherhood.

LOVE NOTES FROM OUR FAVOURITE CLIENTS

After 5 years of unsuccessful treatment from a back injury, I underwent surgery for a spinal fusion in 2010.
In July 2023, I suffered another disc protrusion with nerve impingement. The pain was excruciating and I could not do anything even walk was very painful.  I was recommended to see Courtney and within about 4 visits surgery was out of the picture. Courtney explained everything and worked her magic. I will and have recommended Courtney!

Courtney’s Pilates class is like no other, being a physiotherapist she brings great knowledge and expertise to the classes. Courtney takes the time to make sure everyone’s form is perfect to prevent injury and get the most out of your workout. After two children my core, pelvic floor and lower back was in poor form, after her classes I’ve never felt stronger and I’m engaging muscles I never knew I had. Courtney caters for all levels of experience and is very welcoming and kind. I highly recommend!

Courtney is a must-have on your postpartum recovery support team! The knowledge and passion that Courtney shared as a Pelvic Health Physio in supporting me as a new mum with my baby in tow has been monumental in me healing faster and more correctly than I ever knew possible. That journey, for me especially the first 6 months, would have been unimaginably harder without her. I recommend Courtney to all pregnant and postpartum mamas, she is the pelvic health bestie you didn’t know you needed and she is just so good at what she does!

Courtney is a phenomenal women’s health physiotherapist. I have been seeing Courtney for back and hip pain during pregnancy and she knew what was causing it straight away. After her massage, dry needling and home exercises, my pain has reduced dramatically to almost nothing and she had prevented any severe pain that it would have continued to cause. Her professionalism, caring nature and ability to listen has made such a difference to
my pregnancy!
